Healthy and gluten-free pancake premix made completely out of millets and oats blend and sweetened using only sulphur free jaggery.
No refined sugar, no salt, no maida, no preservatives, no baking soda and baking powder, no synthetic add-ons helps to ensure that these pancakes are absolutely healthy, full-of-nutrition and guilt-free.
You just have to add butter and milk / water, mix, pour on a pan and flip them. Makes a great option for healthy breakfast for kids!
Chocolate pancake premix – 150 Gms
Apple banana pancake premix – 150 Gms
Prepared in a facility that processes products using nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy.
Step 1: In a clean bowl, mix ½ packet (75-80 gms) of pancake premix with ½ cup of milk into a smooth batter. To it, add 1-2 teaspoons of melted butter and mix well. (optional:for fluffier pancakes you can add 1/4 tsp of baking soda also)
Step 2: Warm a flat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add some butter to the pan and grease it. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both the sides till light golden brown.
Step 3: Serve the pancake warm with a dollop of butter and chocolate syrup, or honey and fresh fruits (bananas and berries work the best), peanut butter or maple syrup or Nutella.
