Step 1: In A Clean Bowl, Mix ½ Packet (75-80 Gms) Of Pancake Premix With ½ Cup Of Milk Into A Smooth Batter. To It, Add 1-2 Teaspoons Of Melted Butter And Mix Well. (Optional:for Fluffier Pancakes You Can Add 1/4 Tsp Of Baking Soda Also)

Step 2: Warm A Flat Non-stick Pan Over Medium Heat. Add Some Butter To The Pan And Grease It. Pour The Batter Onto The Heated Pan And Cook Well On Both The Sides Till Light Golden Brown.

Step 3: Serve The Pancake Warm With A Dollop Of Butter And Chocolate Syrup, Or Honey And Fresh Fruits (Bananas And Berries Work The Best), Peanut Butter Or Maple Syrup Or Nutella.
