1. What makes Little Fingers products different from regular packaged foods?
Every Little Fingers product is made with millets, jaggery, and other wholesome traditional ingredients — with no maida, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no palm oil, and no artificial flavours. We make everything fresh in small batches at our own ISO-certified, self-manufactured facility.
2. What age group are your products suitable for?
Our range is designed for growing children, from early weaning through age 10 — spanning Branlac cereal mixes and porridge (Raab) for little ones starting solids, to cookies, laddoos, pancakes, and snacks for older kids. Each product page lists the recommended age group and preparation instructions, so you can pick what’s right for your child’s stage.
3. Are your products tested or approved for quality and safety?
Yes. Little Fingers follows the highest safety and sanitisation standards, and our facility is ISO-certified. We’re also a 100% female-run organisation, and our recipes are developed with pediatric nutrition guidance in mind.
4. Can I see the full ingredient list and allergen information before buying?
Absolutely — every product page lists the complete ingredient list along with allergen and cross-contact disclosures, so you always know exactly what you’re feeding your child.
5. How do I place an order and what payment options are available?
Simply add products to your cart and check out directly on our website — we accept standard online payment methods (UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets). For bulk orders or gifting, you can reach us directly on WhatsApp for personalised assistance.
6. Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take?
We currently ship across India (2-5 business days) as well as internationally to the US, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout once your order is confirmed.
7. Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes — orders above ₹599 qualify for free shipping across India.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 4 working days of delivery (a photo of the product/packaging helps speed things up) and we’ll process your refund within 15 working days. Reach us via email or WhatsApp to start a return.
9. Do you offer trial packs or discounts for first-time customers?
Yes — we have trial kits available for several product lines so you can try before committing to a full pack, and first-time customers can get 15% off by filling pop-up form on home page.
